AI Food Coach for Wear OS is the watch app of the AI Food Coach calorie and macro tracker for Android. You say what you ate, AI estimates the calories and macros, and the meal goes into the same food diary as on your phone. It runs on watches with Wear OS 3 or newer — Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and later, Google Pixel Watch and other Wear OS watches — paired with an Android phone that has the AI Food Coach app.

AI recognizes each food and estimates its macros. Turn the crown or bezel to adjust the grams.
One tap on Add. Your rings and tiles update right away, and the meal goes to your phone.
A native Wear OS app — fast and easy to read on a round screen.
Describe a meal in your own words. AI understands portions, ingredients and cooking methods, and you confirm the grams before logging.
Ask your AI nutrition coach by voice what to eat next, or log a meal by talking. With Premium, it reads its answers aloud. Only with your consent.
Four nested rings for calories, carbs, protein and fat — on keto, the carbs ring counts net carbs. Tap the center to switch between calories, each macro and water.
Swipe from your watch face to the Macro Rings and Water tiles — see your day and tap + to add food or water.
7 complications for your watch face: calories, calories left, carbs, protein, fat, water and an AI Coach shortcut. Your watch face decides which slots it offers.
Add water with the crown, starting from your last amount, log your weight, and re-log your usual foods from Quick Add — even offline.
The phone app reads the energy your watch records through Health Connect and adjusts your calorie target through the day.
With Health Connect on, the phone app reads the calories your watch records — total, active and resting — plus workouts, weight, heart rate and sleep.
Every meal you log — calories and nutrients — plus your water and weight go to Health Connect, so your other health apps can see them.
Your daily target adds the energy your watch measures — its estimates — instead of a fixed activity multiplier. Went for a long run? Your budget adjusts automatically.
Left your phone at home? Water and Quick Add work without a connection, voice logging and the AI Coach use the watch’s Wi-Fi or LTE, and — with Health on in the phone app — the watch adjusts your target with the calories it measures itself.

Food by voice: the watch’s voice input turns your words into text, and only the text goes to our server. The AI Coach on the watch — only with your consent — sends your recording, which OpenAI turns into text.
The watch sends AI requests straight to our server — over Wi-Fi, LTE or the connection it shares with your phone — and our server passes them to OpenAI. Logged meals sync with your phone.
Works with the same random ID as your phone app — no name, no sign-up.
